I went for the female crew as an interesting concept. Falcon Force seems like a bit too weird of a mesh-mash of personalities.

There's no chance Spock doesn't teleport himself away from that crew the second he gets a chance. Easy vote for the Banshees.

I can't even tell who the captain/leader is on the Falcon team. I do think there will be a mighty power struggle on the Banshees at some point with Carol/Kara/Ripley but it works for now.
