With the current global pandemic, we should have the conversation on what constitutes a full season, and what to do if we have less than a full season.
I am proposing that for 2020-2021, if we complete at least 11 weeks of a regular season, that it will count as a full season. All money paid out, records go into the books, we select new keepers, etc. The number 11 is for two reasons. First, all teams will have played each other once. Second, a normal non-Pandemic regular season is 22 weeks, so we will have played at least half of a normal regular season.
The second part is that if we have less than 11 weeks, we will set up ahead of time how we manage the money paid, the draft picks made, the keepers, and future trades. We will get to that part later, but a general agreement that money will be rolled over, keepers will (or may) roll over, how we handle the draft and trades, etc.
So for right now, let's vote and discuss this one issue: is 11 weeks sufficient to declare a season champ?
