Since there's no add/drop, let's finish trades and picks by Sunday 12 pm ET, and let's try to get cards in by Tuesday 12 pm ET?
Just flagging that trades and picks should be closed (though if you still have an open pick, you're welcome to fill it tomorrow). I'll try to update rosters tomorrow afternoon if no one can get it before then, and I welcome cards.
Sharky is the first to get his in - realistically, happy to adjust to Tuesday at 9 pm ET because with my work calendar, I can't imagine posting before the late evening. Thanks!
I was thinking three rounds of four triple threats, and then the four best records advance, with highest number of votes as tiebreaker. But I've probably run fewer tournaments than most people participating, if others have a better solution for a group of twelve!
Also, rosters and draft board should be updated (only Cliff has outstanding picks).
Make sure I caught all your trades; there was one trade recorded on the board already (Naito and Butch Reed for Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke) which I couldn't find in the thread, so I may have missed others.

Probably the best option here. Other Alternatives off the top of my head would be

12 > 6 > 3 and a three way final
Don’t like the idea of only doing one card assuming you meant single elimination to go from 12 to 6.
Yeah, it's good creative math, but I like keeping people in for at least two rounds, so I think I will stick with the original plan if Shark also agrees it's the best option anyway.
I am still missing cards from BC and Solly (and candidly myself, though I'm fixing that now). Sending a PM reminder and will plan to post by around COB tomorrow.
Okay, I have all the cards now! But I'm currently pulling an all-nighter for work. So I'm going to try to post the matchups tomorrow after a (hopeful) midday nap. Yell at me if you don't see them by evening.

Just had a thought. A nice little twist to maybe wrap this entire thing up would be to un mix the rosters, and give each person the roster they drafted and do a One Card showdown, Everyone ranks the cards 1-12.

Which roster? The first half one or second half one?

All three. You'd get every person you actually picked yourself.
If we're trying to just wrap it all up in one round, why don't we just do what Shark said, but without re-assigning rosters. The draft portion is done, we can all just submit one card and rank them for the win.

My suggestion was purely supplemental. If Eco needs some help getting polls up, I can probably handle it tomorrow night.

Eco said he would try and send me everything tonight. Fingers crossed. If everyone wants to send me their second card, It might make things go faster, all I would need are his matchups.
Thank you kindly to Shark - been swamped at work (and getting back to it soon) but I forwarded him all the cards, to let him figure out who pairs off with who in a round robin. Thanks!
