It's time for the second round in our TV Network Showdown.

Here we are in region 1 and the OOWF tag team of IHOP explodes. Solly easily won his first round matchup, while Psychofish barely lost out to Born to Run, but he did easily skate by the ghost network. Who do you want to advance next? Now it's lose and you're out...

Changed my vote to Pyscho. Based on the fact that he has some good stuff, he's gonna get killed anyway and he didn't draft Prison Break, CHIPS, Family Guy, American Dad, Coreys, Surreal Life and that James Lipton guy.

Sopranos, Deadwood, Extras and Raw are pretty solid by themselves, though.

Ugh. I just listed top 3 in my spotlight thread and both these networks were on it. I wish this wasn't going on so early.

Sunday - Solly gets the early lead with Deadwood & Sopranos. I'm interested in seeing Roots.

Monday - I could probably watch all 3 hours on either of these networks but I don't really watch any of them now and they are all currently still on. I'll put it all in the DVR pile. Solly gets some extra credit for Raw which at one point in my life was must see.

Tuesday - I like Charlie's Angels from Fishy's lineup. Solly gets Fugitive and Prison Break.

Wednesday - Fishy gets complete night points from me again. Though none are must see staples for me. Solly gets views with Honeymooners and Dateline.

Thursday - The Office gives Solly another big staple for me. Gilligan, Spin City, and Night Court give Fishy some more views.

Friday - Solly stalls on Friday. I might watch Tough Enough and Def Comedy if the performer is good enough. Fishy gets views with 2 and Half Men, Man Show, and Flash.

Solly - 3.5 Live, 6.5 DVR
Fish - 0 Live, 11.5 DVR

I really like Fishy's network balance but he lacks the big staples that Solly has with Office, Deadwood, Sopranos, and Raw in its prime. The stregth of those is what makes Solly may favorite network after my own.

With Solly's power combo of Office, Deadwood, Sopranos (I mean really that's 3 First Round level shows in my book) it makes sense that he runs away with this because I think he'll end up running away with the entire showdown. But Fishy deserved better then going down in the this round by this much.

MTA: No offense to you, Solly... just like to throw my vote to the underdog. And it's not like you're not going to annihilate me in the next round anyways.

I'm still not changing my vote. I just wish the cards fell better for Hodgey and he matched up against a network that I only watched 3 hours of. There are plenty of networks I voted for in this round that I think are inferior to Hodgey's.

I have them tied, but it's Raw of all things that puts Solly over.
