I'm thinking we want the thread itself just to be for the actual card.

We can comment, ask questions, or just simply discuss the cards/feds here if we want a generic thread for that.

I think something we forgot about was that we were only going to post our cards, give people a chance to "vote" and then, after the results were in, post results. Which, really, is the only reason I've only posted a card - I want people to buy my PPV based off the card, and NOT based off the results....because, unless you buy a replay, or the PPV is taped, you don't know the results ahead of time.

Hmm, I think there's been a pretty big misunderstanding.

I was under the impression that everybody was planning to post their full show by the end of this week, and that that's what we would be "buying" based on.

Clearly that's how Greg and TexShark understood it, as they have already posted their full show.

This does sort of violate the suspension of disbelief, since you wouldn't normally pay after you watched the show. But you could think of it as a "money-back guarantee" or something?

But others were clearly under the impression that we would only post the card until after the vote, which admittedly makes more kayfabe sense.

But the cat is already out of the bag in a couple of cases. I think if we vote or "buy" when some people have posted their full show, and others just their card, it's not going to be a fair comparison, so maybe we should wait and do the vote/"buy" stage until after everybody has delivered however much of a show as they are planning to.

What does everybody else think?

I mean, that's fine with me. I didn't plan on writing a HUGE show or anything, just results and a guraentee that every match would be a kick ass match.

It doesn't matter to me. In all honesty, I didn't write the show for votes--I wrote it to finish what was started during the draft.

Now, we've got about a year's worth of plans to carry out.

That's why it was post a superCARD, not a superSHOW.

I suppose I missed the discussion of post the card/post the results.

Several of us have had matches/ lineups out there for a while, So It made sense to me we were posting results too.. but whatever. My show won't change. and My votes probably won't be affected whether I knew someones results ahead of time or not.

All right, in that case I guess I'll change my post in the Supercard thread just to show the latest version of my card, and I'll add the completed show to my promotion thread as I complete it.

Trying to write the whole thing in one crash was starting to get to me anyhow. I'll just take it one match at a time.

I've only scored 9 cards thus far. I think we have 21 promotions. Do we need to send out PMs to people to get them to post their cards?
