Just for the hell of it, I decided to add this script to the boards. Here is the description from the code creator:

This script will add a Facebook style Like/Dislike System to your board. Members will be able to like or dislike any post. A thumbs up and a thumbs down image is put at the bottom of every post.

Click on either icon and every member, not guests, will see that you like or dislike that post. On every post that a member has liked or disliked, members will be able to see who likes and who dislikes.

You have the option to remove your likes and your dislikes by clicking either (Unlike) or (Undislike).

You should see the thumbs up or thumbs down icon at the bottom of each post now.

And don't forget that if you ever want to share a particular post on Facebook, you can click the FB icon next to the thread title.

No, it doesn't go over to FB. I think what she was talking about was the "Post to Facebook" option. If you REALLY like a post and want everyone to see it, you can click the FB icon next to the title (although, I'm not sure why it's only showing up next to some posts and not others).

I'm not seeing the likes & dislikes anymore.... is there a reason? I can like or unlike something, but once I refresh... it goes away. reviewing this thread... I don't see any and I know there were some.

I liked Sharky's above post, it told me I liked it, then I refreshed and it looked as if I hadn't liked or disliked it. (Firefox, FWIW)

What Hodgey said. I see the buttons to like or dislike, and it allows me to do so. But when you refresh, they're gone.
