I recently rooted my Droid 2, so I could overclock as well as remove some of the bloatware that Verizon pre-installs. I was going to try installing a custom ROM as well, but I'm having issues. I've installed ROM Manger and downloaded a couple ROMs to try (Liberty and Fission). When I try to install them, I click the button and the phone immediately reboots. I was under the impression that during the reboot was when it was supped to install the new ROM. Everything is the same, however, when the phone starts back up. Am I missing a step somewhere?
I could ask this question on the many Droid forums out there, but I wanted to ask people I knew and trusted first.
