I may have to change my vote. A lot of people around the Internet seem to think the bear wins. This is from AllExperts.com:

I think a fight would be very unlikely, but if they were to fight, I believe that the bear holds most of the trump cards. If the gorilla and grizzly are the same size, it would involve a full-grown male gorilla fighting a rather small grizzly bear. Perhaps the only advantage to a gorilla and bear in a one-on-one situation is habitat. The bear would have the advantage in a clearing, but the gorilla would have the advantage if it ran into a rainforest or montane forest and the bear followed. I can't really imagine a bear chasing a gorilla into a forest or other gorillas fighting the bear – I presume you want a one-on-one fight. Chimpanzees can band together to kill leopards, but I haven't heard cases of gorillas doing so.

That's far too thought out. I'd counter it with my take on this contest being that the animals have some kind of motivation to fight, so the vegetarian and ferocity-bluff arguments go out the window right off the bat.

That post also completely disregards the gorilla's opposable thumbs, which clearly give it the cheating advantage, as those thumbs would go straight to the bear's eyes as soon as the ref was distracted.

Going for the eyes would put the gorilla square in the swipe range of the massive bear. Contrary to what women will tell you, size matters. Bear is bigger, so Bear gets the win.

Pretty Sure the Gorilla has the reach advantage. He could go for the eyes and avoid The Claw.

Plus, Evolutionary-speaking. Gorillas are smarter.

Intelligence is over rated in a fist fight, instinct is what matters. The bears instinct is to kill the ape.

Also Gorillas are usually around 5'9" tall with 440 lbs weight. Grizzlies are about 8 to 10 feet tall with a 990 lb weight advantage. Grizzlies are fucking huge.

In order to do serious damage the gorilla will have to hold onto something and try to pull it off, or worse yet bite the bear. The bear mearly needs to connect with it's heavy and sharp claws to shred the gorilla up.

There is a reason gorillas are an endangered species and Grizzlies aren't. And that reason is that grizzlies are soulless killing machines. The gorilla puts up a good fight, but is outmatched in the end.
