I'm watching a kid's show with my kids, and it's ludicrously quotable. Any of you all recognize these quotes?

"...she stared at me like I was wearing a hat made of live mice!"
"Oooh, if I ever found a hat like that I'd never take it off."

"Is it just me, or are pirates just hobos with earrings?"

"Who's up for tossing some alms at the poor? I'm buying!"

Did he really just say that???? !!!

The mention of Shaggy leads me to believe you're watching Scooby Doo, but I never watched it enough to memorize/recognize these quotes.

I mean, please! How hard is it to train chickens to spell out your name? All you NEED is corn and electrical wire!
