2 Studio Hosts (Highlight Show, news, etc.)
1 National Talk Radio Host
1 National Online Writer
2 Talking Heads for 1 show (Think PTI)
1 Football show (College or Pro) - 1 Play by Play & 1 Analyst
1 Baseball show (College or Pro) - 1 Play by Play & 1 Analyst
1 Basketball show (College or Pro) - 1 Play by Play & 1 Analyst
4 Wild Cards (Any slots, any sports)*

• All draft picks must be (or have been) employed covering sports in some fashion. Wanna pick a sports writer to host your national show? Fine. Wanna pick an actor with no prior experience to host that same show? No dice.
  
• *Wild Cards can be used in any combination (One 4-person show, four 1-person shows, etc.) or as an addition to existing shows (sideline reporter, etc.)
  
• 8 hour clocks. If you have back to back picks, they must be made at the same time. You do not have eight hours for each pick.
  

I'm thinking of starting this after Thanksgiving. Probably Monday, November 26.

Let me know if you want in, or if there are any changes you'd like made.

So, any "discussion" that needs to take place here? I already tweaked the rules from Mikey's initial idea, but do we need to tweak further? Add some things? Take some out?

Just because I wouldn't be "me" if I didn't get early clarification on this particular draft, what are the eligibility rules for draftability? Real people only, or fictional announcers allowed?

no, too busy and I know nothing about sports other than Hockey and pole dancing vaulting (because some of the girls are hot). The other sports I watch in order to have a reason to drink beer.
