It's more a date cap than a participant cap. Dash set May 22 as the start date, so I'd imagine signups will close on or about May 21. We tend to roll with as many as want to draft and worry about the bracket logistics later.

I'll set a deadline sooner, as we usually have a week or two of "predrafting" before the start date.

I wouldn't want to go over 16, either. Makes Liz's life easier for the showdowns.
