I'm not related to Jobber but I voted for him. I basically agree with the whole argument he made. Ramone and Berry are great but I don't see them fitting with Hendrix and Jagger. I'm a huge Queen fan and Mercury has more range than he's given credit for as "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" is one of my favorite songs. I LOVE Clapton and even if Mercury was limited as a lead singer I assume Clapton would get some songs and mix it up. And Bo Diddley's great and fits with this band better than the band seems to with Blitz's. Jobber's feels like a band that really works as a rock band with some nice blues, soul, and rockabilly sounds. A band I could see myself loving.
Actually it was a joke because for some reason, I assumed it was a typo of Paul Simon. I was voting for you anyway. The Simonon thing was just a joke.
Paul Simon? Blech!
While it's true I don't have the guitar virtuosity that Barefoot Sex has, I have the better singer, and a band that has a great selection of songs with an interesting lineup to play them. Plus I have the coolest bass player ever, and the best Beatle.
