How can we have owners with 20 roster players? Shouldn't their picks have been voided after they drafted 19?
Nobody currently has 20 roster players.
Let's try this again:
We have four owners, who, if you add their current roster players and remaining picks, results in a sum of 20. As such, assuming no more trades are made; their 19th round pick is scheduled to be voided.
And just for clarification: the pick isn't actually voided until it comes up in the draft and the roster is already filled because they can still be traded or players can be traded bringing the roster size under the limit. Correct?

This is correct. The picks haven't been voided yet. Part of the purpose of this exercise was to make sure that no owner was going to have multiple voided picks. I didn't want to get into a situation where someone has a 15th round pick that should be voided and we missed it.
So yes, those 19th round picks will not be voided until that owner is actually on the clock with an extraneous pick. They may be traded.
