Vols is for all intents and purposes done in the draft, at least until he makes a move. He has 4 open spots and 4 missed picks. So he can come in and make 4 picks whenever he wants, but we'd just skip his next picks even if he hadn't waived his clock. If he comes in and drops someone that changes, but for now we'll go with this.

Army missed two straight clocks. Rules say we can skip him automatically now. Normally I'd be hesitant to kick that rule in as we never have actually needed to use it before, but given the delays here I think it best to enforce it.

Pun, Mike, and Dev all have 7 guys so assuming none of them drop someone they can be skipped from here on out.

So Pun, Mike, Dev, Vols, Army, and Solly (after this pick) can all be skipped until further notice.
