-Angle awards were so lame. This is one of the reasons people shit all over wrestling. Embarrassing.
-So Pacman was brought in to grab a few viewers. But he sucks at and it only pisses off the real fans. So, I'm guessing Eric Young will be doing the work with Crackhead Killings and let Pacman be one of the "Champs"?
-I hate Karen Angle.
-Daniels losing his #1 title was lame. Very lame. But I guess it was so Lethal could face Angle? A heel Daniels vrs. a heel Angle is unthinkable!!!!!
-Main Event just didn't work for me. Dare I say it sucked. Why did Tomko get ejected in a no DQ match?
-And where the hell did Joe go? To chase AJ? Didn't think for one moment that Angle might show up? Why not go find Angle? Why show up at the "last minute"? He should have been there waiting. Lame booking. Lame reasoning. Oh, wait, there was no reasoning, was there? I know having Joe there would have ruined everything about the Angle Awards, but, c'mon? Are we really to believe that Joe would get screwed, get pissed, and show up late? What in the heaven is up with that?
-Show wasn't as bad as it could have been (and defin not as bad as some would have you believe), but it still sucked.
Or don't do either. If you can't find an image you like at either than don't force it. Just give me something you like and which will look good on the board.
But, is it really up to the fan to find something good in the product? Shouldn't it be more up to the promotion to show you exciting stuff? Not to be too philisophical or anything.
I fell asleep twice during yesterday's episode. But, Christian is still gold. He's retort to Joe, under his breath, was great. And, there is SO much great talent in this promotion that a couple of key moves and the show could be mind blowing each week.
Hmm...Maybe that's why so many fans are getting frustrated.
I just want to be entertained by wrestling. I really do. I give up on some stuff that bores me, but I always hope that wrestling will turn itself around. A lot of pleasant memories I have of wrestling seem to come as a total surprise, so I try to stay away from spoilers. That way, it's like I'm a pre-internet youngin' again.
Plus, I want to see if I'm wrong on something and I always know that Lucky is the voice of reason, besides liking Crackhead Killings.
Is it so hard to imagine? Is it so hard to believe? Something so outrageous, something so far-fetched, well how 'bout Adam and Eve?
Meh, I wasn't the biggest fan of last night's show. I didn't think it was horrible or anything but Impact hasn't been all that strong for a few weeks now. Then again its had a lot of focus on goofy Angle and I don't like goofy Angle. Others love it so they seem to be riding it. I'm willing to wait it out.
The Angle Awards were stupid but didn't offend me. Karen Angle actually strikes me as a lot more charismatic than half the women in WWE or TNA and is none too hard on the eyes. They took up too much time but I was intrigued with Morgan getting involved for the ending. Meh.
Daniels losing his title shot doesn't really bother me. From a fan perspective Daniels might have been screwed and pushed back a bit but Lethal was when he lost the title to Joe for Match of the Champions. So hey. Lethal/Angle pleases me fine and as long as Daniels doesn't get pushed aside and forgotten (as TNA sometimes does) I'm ok with this. As long as Daniels and XXX complain and kick ass, hopefully prolonging the 3 way feud with Lethal/Dutt and Shelley/Sabin I'm fine. And I don't really blame TNA wanting a face to throw against Angle at No Surrender. Daniels/Angle wouldn't have been some show stealing match of the year anyway considering its likely to be the 1st of 3 matches for Angle.
Main event was fine to me, just didn't excite me. Meh.
I would have liked to see Joe get a little more face time, maybe get barred from the arena by Cornette or somethingf or his own good. But the segment with Christian effectively put across that Joe's furious, wants that belt, and is happy to take his aggression out on anyone who crosses his path. With any luck TNA will put him on a path of rage for the next month or so leading up to beating Christian for the #1 contender at No Surrender.
Meh. Show was nothing special for me. Nothing inspired me to complain and nothing inspired me to defend it. Honestly? I haven't watched ECW in 2-3 weeks, haven't watched more than a couple of segments of Smackdown in months, and either missed or barely paid attention to RAW in the last 3 weeks. I'm going through a down turn with my wrestling viewing and Impact is really the only show I'm making sure to watch right now. And if Joe gets dicked I could just cool off all together. I am watching old wrestling stuff and enjoying that, so I'm getting my fix.
Or don't do either. If you can't find an image you like at either than don't force it. Just give me something you like and which will look good on the board.
It wasn't anything in particular. They were boycotting for the sake of boycotting. Because they wanted change in general. If anything tipped them off this week it was Pacman entering the tag title picture. But really it was just "WE WANT CHANGE!" And because there was one report of a TNA person hearing this and participating themselves they've decided that they were heard and thus it was a success, regardless of the rating. I'm not even sure if the "Ignore Impact Initiative" is still intact.
That's right. They have a name and its III. TNA fans are gay. It took me like 10 minutes to be sure there weren't 2 prior boycotts that failed.
Or don't do either. If you can't find an image you like at either than don't force it. Just give me something you like and which will look good on the board.
