Since this is a bit more complex than usual and will require more time to complete, I'll open this up to discussion and alter the format as necessary as more opinions are heard.
Here is the gist of it, with scoring format for each sport broken down separately below:
NFL (2011-2012 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses, excluding post-season
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making playoffs, 10% for making conference championship, 15% for making Super Bowl, 25% for winning Super Bowl
NBA (2011-2012 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses, excluding post-season
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making playoffs, 10% for making conference championship, 15% for making NBA Finals, 25% for winning NBA Finals
MLB (2011 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses, excluding post-season
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making playoffs, 10% for making LCS, 15% for making World Series, 25% for winning World Series
NHL (2011-2012 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses & overtime losses, excluding post-season
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making playoffs, 10% for making conference championship, 15% for making Stanley Cup Finals, 25% for winning Stanley Cup Finals
NASCAR (2011 season)
-Base: % of top-20 finishes
-Bonus (cumulative): 2.5% for a race win, 10% for 3rd overall in final points, 15% for 2nd overall in final points, 25% for 1st overall in final points
NCAA Football (2011 season + bowls)
-Base: % of wins to losses, including post-season
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making BCS bowl, 10% for winning BCS bowl, 15% for making BCS title game, 25% for winning BCS title game
NCAA Men's Basketball (2011-2012 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses, including post-season (NCAA Tournament only)
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making NCAA Tournament, 10% for making Sweet 16, 15% for making Final Four, 25% for winning National Title
Men's Pro Tennis (2011 calendar year)
-Base: % of wins to losses in ATP tournaments
-Bonus (non-cumulative, 4 separate events): 2.5% for making Grand Slam final, 5% for winning Grand Slam title
Women's Pro Tennis (2011 calendar year)
-Base: % of wins to losses in ATP tournaments
-Bonus (non-cumulative, 4 separate events): 2.5% for making Grand Slam final, 5% for winning Grand Slam title
PGA Golf (2011 season)
-Base: % of top-25 finishes in all tournaments entered
-Bonus: 5% for a non-major tournament win, 10% for a major tournament win (Masters, US Open, The Open Championship (aka British Open), PGA Championship)
Pro Fighting: Boxing & MMA (draft end +1 year)
-Base: % of wins to losses & draws
-Bonus (cumulative): 5% for winning via stoppage (KO, TKO, submission)

Here is the gist of it, with scoring format for each sport broken down separately below:
- Draft 1 team/individual from the following 11 sports/leagues: NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, NCAA Football, NCAA Men's Basketball, Men's Pro Tennis, Women's Pro Tennis, PGA, professional fighting (boxing & MMA).
- All college teams must be taken from the highest level of competition of the sport. For instance, the FBS in football.
- Winner based on average win% of all of your teams/individuals. "Milestone" bonuses to be given for each sport separately and added onto each team's win% (NOT your overall average at the end).
NFL (2011-2012 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses, excluding post-season
-Bonus (non-cumulative): 5% for making playoffs, 10% for making conference championship, 15% for making Super Bowl, 25% for winning Super Bowl
NBA (2011-2012 season)
-Base: % of wins to losses, excluding post-season
