So - here's the story.

In 2008, so many important things happened. The start of the MCU. The election of Barack Obama. And the very first year of the Wrestling Draft.

Using unexplainable technology, the creators of the wrestling draft were able to bring any wrestler, from any era, dead or alive, into their own alternate universe. They agreed to only use this power once a year.

Each year, the alternate universes expanded. Some collided with others. Some are still in existence. Some share properties from the real world we live in.

And this year, for the first time, the wrestling universe has collided with the Star Wars Universe and the cosmic Marvel universe.

But instead of encountering some of these characters from these other universes - the wrestlers have stepped into their place and have effectively replaced those characters, existing as themselves - but also as the character they are replacing.

Not all of the wrestlers fit their replaced characters perfectly. And some of the time lines - in fact, ALL of the time lines, are a little murky.

This is less of a wrestling company - don't let the title of the thread fool you - and more of war that will center around wrestling. With so many alternate universes colliding, the stories may take a different twist than what we are use to. The line between hero and villain will be blurred - and there aren't battles around championships - unless the universe turns that way.

This is WrestleWars - and here's your cast. More story to follow later. In the story, they will be referred to as their wrestling names and not as the characters they replaced - this is simply done so you can get a feel for what is going on in this crazy story.

And I thought my idea was bat shit crazy. I'm not necessarily sold on Pillman as Solo and Aries as Dooku, but everything else is pretty solid. Since Brandi and Cody are married, shouldn't they be Padme and Anakin?

My favorites are Morrison as Star Lord, Khali as Groot and Burke as Lando.

I can't help but laugh at A-Train as Chewbacca. And I can't tell how Psicosis as Darth Maul would play out, but it fits better the more I run it through my head.
