Carrie deserves to be this far although I'm a bit surprised since it had so little support in the ballots. Nightmare? Meh. I wouldn't complain. Its a Final Four I'm pleasantly surprised about. I expected to be much unhappier as I was never very pleased with the field in general. But the strong movies kept coming out on top even with poor seeds.

damn come on people! Again, just put this to the horror movie test. On one hand you have a psychotic little girl who likes to do crazy shit with her mind. Can I escape her wrath? Yes I can. Move to another school, or just be nice to her.

On the other you have a psychotic guy with a claw that fucks with you while you are asleep. Can I escape his wrath? No, not really, everyone has to sleep, he gets you when you are most vulnerable. He is teh eviler!

Actually she killed quite a few of the people nice to her too. And try to escape. Bitch shuts the doors and BURNS DOWN THE TOWN! Yeah sure, you can get away from Carrie.

You can totally escape Freddy. For one, he doesn't attack you unless you're a teenager. Secondly, the people of the town eventually develop a drug to suppress the dreams of their teenagers. No dreams, no Freddy. Problem solved.

Not to mention that Freddy has been defeated HOW many times? By idiot teenagers? Carrie went down once. How? She killed herself. And in that 1 movie she killed more people than Freddy EVER has in all 7 or whatever movies he's had.
