Nebraska Fans Pissy Douchebags
This isn't really about Nebraska, I don't like them anyway, and it would make me happy to see them go 0-11 for a couple of years in a row. This is about the self important douchcbag fans, boosters and alum who think that because they went to the school, they are somehow more important.
Fuck you. You are not. You played for the Huskers? Good for you. What the fuck makes you think that gives you the right to dictate their policy? Shut it. But I paid a lot of money to attend that university! I should have a say in things now that I am alum! No, you shouldn't fuckbag. You paid a lot of money to go to the university to get a slip of paper that says the school things you are not a functional retard, and you are eligible to be hired for a more important job than flipping burgers. It does not mean you have a say in the school's athletic policy.
Look, I like college football as much as anyone. I have been a Penn State fan my whole life, and a few years ago when they were struggling, I was not screaming for Paterno's head. Why? Because I have no right to scream for it. But they would be better if they ran a different defense! Well then, you get your degree in whatever the hell it is football coaches get their degree in and you work your way through the ranks until you are the defensive coordinator for Penn State, or whatever school you prefer, and THEN you can change their defensive scheme. Until then, shut the fuck up.
I am so sick and tired of these elitist pricks that think if their team loses a couple of games the entire coaching staff, administration, and anyone even remotely tied to the athletic program needs to be fired. Listen assclowns, appreciate your school, enjoy the games. Sure, it would be great if everyone's teams could go undefeated and play for national titles, but that is not how it works. Some teams suck. Some athletic directors make poor choices. Some coaches are not not good choices to run the team. That happens. And god forbid, you may even lose some games. But get a fucking grip on your life you self-important fuck-wit, you are no more qualified to call for someone to be fired and any other fan in the stands. Voice your displeasure, and the administration may agree with you and decide to make a change. But fuck you if you think you are so important that every whim you have has to be fulfilled because OH MY GOD I AM ALUMNI!!!
Shut the fuck up, watch the games, and be done with it.

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- A University of Nebraska regent says there is no movement afoot to fire anyone associated with the Cornhuskers' football program.
Regent Randy Ferlic of Omaha said Monday that members of the Board of Regents are notified as a matter of course before any major hirings or firings in the athletic department.

Ferlic said he and fellow regents have been flooded with e-mails the past two days calling for the firings of athletic director Steve Pederson, head coach Bill Callahan and chancellor Harvey Perlman.
"It's almost reached a lynch-mob mentality," Ferlic said. "I don't think that's healthy. If you fired the president of the university, the chancellor and everyone associated with the football team, it wouldn't change anything this year.
"We should slow down the fervor associated with this process and take a careful examination and see what the real facts are."
The Huskers (4-3, 1-2 Big 12) have come under fire after losing back-to-back games against Missouri and Oklahoma State by a combined 86-20.
Perlman said through his assistant that he had no comment.
Pederson was to comment only on his weekly radio show Monday evening, said Randy York, chief communications officer for the athletic department.
Callahan, who signed a five-year contract last month, said he and Pederson talk almost daily about the program and how they can improve it.
"We've come under a steady stream of criticism," Callahan said. "It's important you stand tall. You'll be the direct target of critics. I understand that. You're in the public eye and in a high position in order to lead. We're going to continue to lead in a very positive manner."
A group of former players, led by Steve Glenn of Lincoln, are organizing a meeting Wednesday to discuss the situation.
Glenn, past president of the lettermen's "N" Club, said the football program will not be put on the right course until Pederson is fired.
Glenn said Pederson created the Huskers' problems by firing Frank Solich after a 9-3 season in 2003 and by conducting a protracted one-man coaching search that resulted the hiring of Callahan.
He said Pederson and Callahan have changed the culture of Nebraska football, trounced on long-standing traditions and alienated fans and former players.
Glenn on Sunday launched a Web site -- www.savetheprogram.com. Other Internet forums have been set up by disgruntled fans, such as www.firethestooges.com and www.billmustgo.com.
Glenn said the Huskers' problems should not be blamed on the current players.
"Do not hurt the players. You've got to go to the game, and there should be cheering. No booing," Glenn said. "They didn't do this to us. The problem is Steve Pederson."
In four seasons under Callahan, the Huskers are 26-18 overall, 14-14 against the Big 12, 3-8 against teams in the Top 25 and 0-6 against the Top 10. They have given up 40 points or more nine times, including four times this season.
Ferlic said knee-jerk firings would only hurt Nebraska.
"That sends a message that if a few fans can get a ball rolling to get people fired, that's not a stable atmosphere," he said.
Ferlic said Pederson, Callahan and Perlman have his full support.
Ferlic said it would be regrettable if Perlman, who extended Pederson's contract this fall, were to take a fall for the football program's performance.
"I would hope this almost manic phase of involvement in Nebraska football losses would not reflect poorly on Harvey Perlman and he would not get discouraged by these fans," Ferlic said. "In the end, he's done a wonderful job and continues to do a wonderful job at improving the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and enhancing its status with research and teaching."
