OOWF Hell on Earth II PPV
Live From Dayton, Ohio
Russ: Ladies and Gentlemen, WELCOME TO OOWF HELL ON EARTH II!
Razz: Man, Russ, I cannot believe it has been two years already!
Russ: You and me both Razz, and what a couple of years it has been, and what a card we have for you folks tonight! Every OOWF title is on the line, and some old scores may finally be settled!
Razz: That’s right Russ; tonight should be OFF THA HOOK!! Tonight we…..
<Russ and Razz are interrupted by someone coming to the announce booth>
Russ: Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, we are joined in the booth tonight by none other than Kevin Nash!
Razz: Nash, what the hell are you doing here?
Nash: Well Razz, I was sitting in the back, musta been around 7:30 or so, and Rick comes up to me and says, Kevin, we need you in the booth. You are the only man who can save this pay per view! So here I am.
Russ: Uhh right, ok I suppose. We have a fantastic lineup tonight, but we kick things off with a battle of two OOWF unknowns, newcomer SYB will be taking on wrestling journeyman Fumunda Mung
Razz: Mung was impressive in his match against Apocalyptic Existence over the summer, so he gets a second shot at the OOWF
Nash: Did you know I am Samoan?
Russ: You are Samoan. Really.
Nash: Oh yeah, my heritage goes way back, you can’t head but me. Our heads are like iron. Scientific fact right there.
Razz: Uh huh. With that, let’s head to the ring.
S-Y-B vs. FUMUNDA MUNG
This is Fumunda Mung’s second match in the OOWF, you might remember the Samolian from the Isle of Long in New York faced Apocalyptic Existence in August and was defeated. He asked for a chance to prove himself against the newcomer S-Y-B. The Samolian Roto-tiller waits in the corner while “Asshole” by Dennis Leary plays and S-Y-B comes to the ring in all his glory. SYB gets in the ring and immediately demands that Mung be checked for foreign objects. As the referee goes to check Mung, SYB pulls a pencil out of his pants and shows the crowd drawing huge boos. The referee turns to start the match, and SYB demands that he check Mung’s boots. He’s barefoot. SYB throws a fit and demands that the ref check him anyway. So he does, and while he is doing that, SYB pulls another weapon from HIS boot and shows the crowd. Finally the referee calls for the lock up, they meet in the center of the ring, collar and elbow lock up, SYB grabs a side head lock and immediately complains that Mung is pulling his hair, even though Mung’s hand is nowhere near his head. Mung lifts SYB and drops him on the mat wit ha belly to back suplex. SYB looks shocked, SHOCKED! Mung springs to his feet and is ready to fight. SYB scoots on his knees and hides behind the referee. Mung tries to chase SYB, but they end up running circles around the ref, then SYB bails out of the ring, Mung gives chase, but SYB runs for his life and gets in the ring first. When Mung follows him in, he gets nailed in the head with a boot to the temple. Mung in not moving, and SYB pulls him into the corner and covers him, but Mung kicks out at two. SYB pulls Mung into a sitting position and locks on a reverse chin lock, when the referee is not looking he slips it to a choke. Mung fights his way free and gets to a vertical base. Mung whips SYB to the ropes and takes him down with a hard shoulder block. SYB looks completely out of sorts, so Mung pulls him up again and sends him to the ropes and catches him with a thunderous power slam. Mung covers, but only gets two before SYB puts his foot on the ropes. Mung pulls SYB to his feet, and sets him up for some sort of Samolian ju-jitsu move, but before he can hit the move, SYB hits the Jersey Turnpike dropping Mung to one knee! The referee turns his back to kick something a fan threw into the ring out, and SYB pulls out the pencil and jabs Mung in the forehead repeatedly. SYB plays to the crowd and laughs , then grabs Mung and tries to head but him! But YOU CANNOT HEAD BUT A SAMOAN! Only, Mung is not Samoan, he is Samolian, so I guess you COULD head but him, but either way, it doesn’t work. SYB staggers and Mung gets to his feet, grabs SYB and head buts him repeatedly until SYB can barely stand. Mung then whips SYB to the ropes, elevates him, catches him on his shoulders and falls backward with a Samoan Drop. Mung hooks the leg and gets the three count.
WINNER in 8:03 – Fumunda Mung
Russ: Well, I don’t think that debut went the way SYB thought it would.
Razz: No, I would say not. I gotta say though, that guy SYB already got under my skin, like a fungus or something.
Nash: speaking of fungus, I was in ‘Nam, musta been around ’81, had a match in the jungle with Antonio Inoki, some kinda death match. So I am sitting there chillin’ under a tree, waiting for Inoki to show up, and I look down and I am sitting in this weird vegetation. Well the next day, I had a rash that went from my….
Russ: We get the picture Nash, I think that is enough
Nash: You sure? It was pretty gnarly. Razz you know what I’m talkin’ about right?
Razz: Hey, leave me out of this!
Russ: So anyway, to steer this back on topic, next up is two more newcomers, Voltage and The Knife. They are new to the OOWF, but both look quite promising
Razz: Voltage seems a little….well confused, and The Knife, let’s just say he may be a little naïve.
Nash: A little? I have seen Amish that have more of a clue than he does. Speaking of Amish, we were in Lancaster around ’94 and….
Russ: Let’s head to the ring for this match.
VOLTAGE vs. THE KNIFE
Voltage makes his entrance. The fans give him some boos, but there's a fairly stagnant response. The Knife runs in and gets a few moderate cheers, but his is also a tepid response. Knife tries to shake Voltage's hand and it gets slapped away. The Knife seems to be alright with it and wishes Voltage the best anyways. They encircle one another briefly before tying up. The Knife immediately hits an arm drag, but Voltage is up. They encircle one another again, tie-up, and Voltage hits an identical arm drag on The Knife. The Knife is up just as quick. They tie-up a third time, The Knife gets behind Voltage and locks him up for a German suplex, Voltage wriggles out, The Knife locks in a full-nelson, Voltage slides out and kicks back, hitting The Knife in the midsection. Voltage gets up and is greeted with a punch to the head. Voltage slaps The Knife in the face. The Knife gets enraged and open-hand slaps Voltage even harder. The Knife drags Voltage over into a headlock, Voltage reverses into a pin which only gets 1. Both men are up and Voltage hits a kick to the midsection setting up a high hanging suplex. He picks The Knife back up, hits a scoop slam, then goes outside the ropes and hits a slingshot body press. He tries another pin, but this time gets 2. The Knife is struggling to get up and Voltage is beating him back down, The Knife is up to his feet, Voltage grabs a headlock, but The Knife reverses into a high belly-to-back suplex. He picks Voltage up, nails a snap suplex and follows over into a pin which only gets 2. The Knife throws Voltage at the ropes and hits a flying lariat, pins again but gets 2 once more. He grabs Voltage's legs and rolls him over, locking in a lion tamer! Voltage struggles and manages to escape. Voltage is up, The Knife throws him at the ropes and leaps up for a dropkick, but Voltage holds the ropes and The Knife hits the ground without making contact. Voltage hits a leaping elbow drop and tries a pin, which get 1 and a 1/2. The Knife gets up and is greeted with a running clothesline. When The Knife is up, Voltage throws him into the corner and hits with a dropkick to the face. He hits a few knife-edge chops to The Knife in the corner. The Knife ducks under one and throws Voltage into the opposite corner, Voltage tries a double jump moonsault in the corner, The Knife dives out of the way. Voltage gets up slowly, The Knife throws him into the ropes and hurricarana him back down to the mat. He lifts Voltage up for a suplex but instead drops him, stomach-first, onto the ropes. Voltage is stunned on the apron, The Knife hits him with a forearm, a head butt and tries to suplex him back into the ring, Voltage floats over behind The Knife and hits a German suplex. The Knife gets up and Voltage tries to throw him over the ropes, but The Knife stays on the apron, Voltage punches The Knife in the face, runs to the corner, leaps up and flies off the top turnbuckle right back at The Knife nailing him with a flying knee. The Knife falls off the apron onto the floor. As soon as The Knife makes it to his feet Voltage runs and leaps over the ropes pasting him with a suicide plancha. Voltage celebrates in the ring and doesn't realize that The Knife is climbing up the ropes. Voltage spots The Knife standing on the ropes and hammers him down before he can hit a move. He pulls him up and attempts a belly-to-back superplex, but The Knife reverses midair and lands on top of Voltage holding him down for a pin! It gets 2 and a half. The Knife pulls Voltage up and power bombs him right back down. He tries another pin, and gets 2 and 3/4. He pulls Voltage up and sets up for a German suplex, Voltage reverses to try a German of his own, but The Knife reverses that and hits a full-nelson suplex with a bridge! But Voltage manages to get out right before 3. He runs over to the corner and climbs the top rope. He leaps off for a flying splash, but Voltage moves out of the way at the last minute. The Knife hits hard and Voltage dives onto The Knife for a pin. which only gets 2. He gets up slowly, and pulls The Knife up and hits a double-under hook suplex with a pin which also gets 2. He argues with the referee that it was a 3 count, then pulls The Knife up and lifts him up for a suplex, The Knife wiggles over and lands on his feet outside on the apron and suplexes Voltage to the floor outside! He waits for Voltage to stand up, hits the back ropes and runs back and nails Voltage with a suicide dive through the ropes! The Knife gets up slowly and rolls back into the ring. Voltage takes a little longer to come around he slides in and The Knife grabs him for a power bomb, he lifts him up but Voltage escapes midair and lands on his feet, ducks under a punch and hits a tiger suplex with a bridge. But it gets 2. Voltage realizes the proximity of The Knife on the ground to the ropes, he runs and hits a moonsault off the ropes, The Knife moves out of the way, but Voltage lands on his feet. As soon as The Knife is up, Voltage hits a hurricarana into a pin. 2. Voltage picks The Knife up, sets him on the ropes and jumps up for a frankensteiner which is reversed into a power bomb from the top rope! He tries a pin which gets 2 and 13/14ths. The Knife walks back and signals for The Stab Superkick. As soon as Voltage is standing he attempts the kick, but Voltage dives out of the way, The Knife accidentally hits the ref with The Stab Super kick! He rushes over to see if the ref is okay, but Voltage slides outside the ropes to grab a chair. He runs back in and pastes The Knife on the back while he's checking on the ref. Voltage sets the chair up in the middle of the ring and hits the Electric Shock on the chair! He tosses the bent, flattened remains of the chair out of the ring and pulls the referee up. He pins The Knife and gets 3 for the win. Voltage celebrates his win while The Knife looks hurt and baffled on the mat.
WINNER in 31:53: Voltage
Razz: Well the guy can’t be too confused, he knows how to use a steel chair!
Russ: I cannot condone that kind of behavior! That was a fantastic match, but he had to ruin the end by resorting to that kind of tactic!
Nash: Is he always like this?
Razz: Always. Wait till Johnny Adrenaline comes out
Nash: Ahh Adrenaline and Capps, good kids. They remind me of a team I was in back in around ’85 in the old AWA territory
Russ: Kevin, were you teaming with Scott Hall then?
Nash: Yeah, my buddy “Last Call” Scott Hall!!!
Russ: That was Curt Hennig
Nash: You sure?
Russ: Yes
Nash: I look like Hennig, it’s an easy mistake….
Russ: Let’s see what that scoundrel Johnny Adrenaline and his partner Capps can do against what are, in my estimation, two of the best teams in the OOWF
Nash: Boys even though I have not officially been hired, I think I should be at ring side for this one <OUCH, AW MAN>
Razz: What happened?
Nash: Tore my quad, I HATE when that happens.
Russ: Let’s go to the ring before anyone else gets hurt
THE CHICKENSHIT HEELS vs. THE HALFRICAN AMERICANS vs. THE DEVIL’S BRIGADE
The Devil’s Brigade come to the ring first, they do not look happy, but do they ever? The Halfrican Americans sprint to the ring next and they go nose to nose with the Devil’s in the center of the ring, before they come to blows, referee Angel Barros separates them. Finally The Chickenshit Heels are announced, and they come out from the back….in street clothes? JA has a mic, and AA has a sandwich:
Ok boys, we would love to take part in your little tag team extravaganza, but I see two problems with this match. One, The Chickenshit Heels are MUCH too big to be working curtain jerking matches. Two, well to be perfectly honest, we don’t feel like giving EITHER of you the rub tonight, neither of you deserve it. So, I think we are gonna sit this one out.
AA: Yeah, we have more pressing things to attend to, for later in the night.
With that, The Chickenshit Heels walk back through the back, referee Angel Barros confers with the announcer and he announces that this will be a straight up tag match. As THA confer in the corner, Tommy O’Neil dashes across the ring and tries and attack, but Nary moves out of the way and Fly catches Tommy by the head and guillotines him on the top rope. Tommy flips back into the center of the ring. Nayr hits the ropes and hits a rolling senton slash, hooks and goes for the pin. Harper Camby comes in and tries to break up the pin with a stomp, but Nayr moves and kicks Tommy in the mouth. Tommy jumps to his feet and he and Harper argue angrily. With them both distracted, THA nail a double clothesline to Tommy’s back that sends him crashing into Harper. Nayr rolls Tommy up and gets a two count. Nayr leaps to his feet and quickly climbs to the top rope, he waits perched on the top waiting for Tommy to get to his feet, as he does, Nayr leaps, and Tommy catches him in mid-air with a Wicked Left! Nayr hits the mat like a sack of bricks! He might just be unconscious. Tommy flips off Fly, then instead of going for the pin, he pulls Nayr to his feet and whips him hard into the Devil’s Brigade corner. Nayr hits hard and his head snaps back. Before he can fall out of the corner, Harper grabs him around the neck to keep him upright. Tommy charges into the corner and catches Nayr with a running high knee to the jaw. Nayr falls face first on the canvas and starts to slowly crawl across the ring to Fly. Tommy tags in Camby and he slowly comes into the ring and taunts Fly, going as far as dragging Nayr over to the Halfrican American’s corner and holding out Nayr’s arm. When Fly reaches for it, Camby nails him in the jaw with a forearm that knocks him off the apron. Camby then drops an elbow down across the back of Nayr’s neck and drags him back to their corner. Camby pulls Nary to his feet and whips him to the ropes and catches him in a bear hug. Camby gets a maniacal look on his face as he tries to squeeze the life out of Nayr, and hopefully break all his ribs in the process. Nayr tries to escape, punching Camby in the head, but Camby is relentless and just squeezes tighter. Nayr begins to fade fast, and the referee does the arm check of doom. Nayr’s arm falls twice, but then the third time he saves himself and begins to hulk up (Nayr up?) but Camby stops the rally by releasing the hold, kneeing Nayr in the midsection, then locking the bear hug on again. This time Nayr goes limp, looks like this one could be over soon folks. On the opposite side of the ring, Fly starts to come into the ring, which draws Tommy into the ring as well. Referee Barros moves to get Tommy out of the ring, and Fly charges into the ring and nails Camby in the back of the head with a forearm. This does little more than get Camby’s attention, he drops Nayr and turns around, and when he does, he eats a shining wizard to the side of the head from Fly that staggers the big man. Still on mat and in obvious pain, Nayr hits a low blow on Camby and rolls him up for a two count. Nayr desperately needs to make the tag and starts to crawl across the ring. Harper reaches out and tags Tommy back into the ring. He rushes across the ring and cuts off Nayr and grabs his leg and starts dragging him back to the Devil’s corner. Nary claws at the ring to stop them, then flips Tommy with a sort of reverse Dragon Screw and sends Tommy crashing into Camby head to head. Tommy hits the mat on one knee grabbing his head, and Nayr desperately struggles to crawl across the ring. Tommy gives chase, but it is too late, Nayr lunges and tags in Fly! Fly is a house of FIRE! Fly comes in and drops Tommy wit ha shot to the head, then waits for Camby to get back on the apron, and super kicks him right to the floor again. Fly pulls Tommy to his feet and sends him to the ropes and catches him with a belly to belly suplex, then climbs to the corner and lands a fling Fly Drop! Fly covers, but Tommy gets his leg on the ropes. Fly pulls Tommy up again and tries a whip to the ropes, but Tommy reverses it and sends Fly, Fly springs off of the bottom rope and catches Tommy in the mouth with a back elbow. Tommy staggers backward and nails referee Angel Barros and sends him to the mat. With Tommy down, Fly climbs the ropes on one side of the ring, and a recovered Nayr climbs them on the other. Nayr leaps and lands the Nayr press and Fly leaps and nails the Flava Drop! Fly covers, but there is no ref! Barros is on the floor trying to shake off the cobwebs, Nayr leans between the ropes to yell for Barros to get back to the action, when he does, Camby PASTES him with a chair, Nayr crumbles to the mat, barely conscious, Camby pulls Nayr out of the ring and slams him to the floor. Inside the ring, Fly gets to his feet and sees Attitude Adjuster standing before him munching on a sandwich. They lock eyes for a moment, then Fly realizes what is going on and turns around just in time to paste the creeping Johnny Adrenaline with a shot to the head that sends Johnny out of the ring, when Fly turns back around, AA pulls a lead pipe out of his sandwich and smacks Fly between the eyes. Fly hits the mat, out cold. TCH leave ringside, stopping long enough to look at Camby, eye him up for a second, then head to the back. Inside the ring, Tommy puts Fly in the Gaelic Cloverleaf and Camby rolls a groggy Barros back into the ring, Angel checks on Fly, sees he is out cold, and calls for the bell.
