I know we can turn it off each time we visit the site. But I was hoping to get it disabled completely. I have major problems with the site with it on. (won't let me go to a thread, site freezes for a few minutes) I know I'm just being lazy by not taking the 2 or 3 minutes each time I come here to disable it, but it doesn't seem necessary, and the problems it causes seem like they're more trouble than the little bit of help they provide.I am gay.

Anyone agree or disagree with me?

If you leave yourself logged in "forever", you shouldn't have to reset it each time.

I'm signed in forever and it still pops up everytime I leave the site and come back. It's been a real shithole. If everyone has it turned off already, couldn't we just turn it off for the whole board, since no one's using it anyway and it's giving me so many problems?I'm still gay.

I've noticed a problem with snap and firefox. when I use IE the problems go away.

I use firefox and I gather it was moving at different speeds than it was on other browsers (which makes sense since animated gifs tend to move at different speeds in firefox). But I haven't had any problems shutting it off.

I don't care. But since Gator hasn't reappeared can I presume he still can't get on?

Fixed it. I've taken it off, because it really wasn't a big deal anyway. I haven't heard from Gator. I'm going to change the description of the Tech Forums to take out the word games and see if it works.
