Thanks! The Shield was about "righting injustices," so Hawkins & Masters will have reasons. Takahashi is already hard to promo for, and he's one of the top talents in the world. The Embassy as a whole will feel odd to many, because we're so used to them being a lower card act.
Masters and Tanahashi actually swapped places last night, as Masters was going to be the crowned jewel and Tanahashi in The Shield. But I wanted Tanahashi as a lead guy with back-up, not "stable member."
I'm actually very tempted to rewrite history in my own fed and put Tanahashi into The Shield. So don't be shocked if I cross that whole thing out!

We rejoin the action in the Allstate Arena, where Sid Vicious has hit the ring. He has a microphone, and he’s telling us why he wants to face Terry Gordy at From The Ashes.
Sid Vicious: Because I am the master…and the ruler…of the universe!
Okay, so that’s his reason for everything. So what?
Sid Vicious: Terry Gore-dee, you want to play pranks on me, you want to attack me backstage? How about you come and meet me face to face. Not at From The Ashes, but right…now!
The crowd pops, because they want to see some fightin’. Somethin’ tells me they’re in for a disappointment.
Sid Vicious: C’mon Terry, come out here and face me like a man!
Suddenly, Dashbee appears on the big screen, and Terry Gordy is standing right beside him. Chicago no likey, so they boo it. They’re Chicago.
Dashbee: Now Sid, don’t mistake the fact that Mr. Gordy is next to me as favoritism. It’s just that you went out to the ring first. You see, you two can’t get within 50-feet of each other without getting into a fight. The people want to see you fight, and I should probably just let you fight.
Chicago Crowd: Let them fight! Let them fight! [Sid chants along with them.]
Dashbee: Great idea Chicago—in theory. But you see, there’s a business side to the wrestling…business. And that business side tells me that Sid Vicious vs. Terry Gordy is a money-making match-up. Which is why I’ve decided that, at From The Ashes, live on pay-per-view from right here in Chicago Illinois! [Cheap pop.] We will let Sid Vicious and Terry Gordy beat the shit out of each other until one man can’t beat the shit of anybody no more—it’ll be Sid Vicious vs. Terry Gordy in a Texas Death Match!
Dashbee walks off as the camera focuses solely on Terry Gordy’s face, as he has a virtual staredown with Sid Vicious as we fade to black.

[We join the action in progress as Sean O'Haire, Mark Jindrak & Shawn Stasiak--The Natural Born Thrillers--just won a squash match over three local talents.
Unnamed Ring Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen...the winners of the match...Sean O'Haire...Mark Jindrak...Shawn Stasiak...The Natural. Born. Thrillers!
The Thrillers soak in the jeers of the restless Chicago crowd until they're greeted with a sound that makes the crowd get up and cheer.
Coming out of the speakers: SIERRA. HOTEL. INDIA. ECHO. LIMA. DELTA. SHIELD.
The Shield hits the ring and immediately brawls with The Thrillers. Both trios have a good little battle, until Chris Masters dispatches of Mark Jindrak and Roman Reigns spears Shawn Stasiak to the outside. Inside the ring, Curt Hawkins is down and Sean O'Haire makes his way to the top for his signature Seanton Bomb. Masters sneaks in the same corner that O'Haire has climbed, and Reigns helps Hawkins up. Reigns gives his signature primal scream, and signals for the triple powerbomb. Jindrak re-enters the ring, and eats a Superkick from Hawkins for his troubles. Hawkins and Masters lift O'Haire up...and Roman Reigns locks him into position as all three members of The Shield complete their first Triple Powerbomb in OSR.
The Shield hits the floor ready to leave, when Masters stops them, pointing to Shawn Stasiak reeling on the floor. The Shield approaches Stasiak, sets him up and connects with a Triple Powerbomb through the announce table!
Roman Reigns motions back towards the now empty ring, as medical staff quickly help The Natural Born Thrillers' members to the back. The Shield returns to the ring with a microphone and everyone is anxious to hear why Chris Masters and Curt Hawkins joined the fold.
Roman Reigns: The hounds of justice are in the building...which means things are going to run how we want them to be run! [Crowd cheers. I mean, c'mon, those guys are over!] We are...The Shield! [More cheers.] I promised that I wouldn't come alone, and now you know just who I was talking about. Many people want to know why. Why? [Pause.] Well, tell 'em why!
Chris Masters: They told me I was the future of this business. I competed...at WrestleMania--in this building. I was supposed to win the World Tag Team Championships, until a CEO changed his mind. Wanted to start the card off with the faces winning. The first of many injustices in my career. Remember my last run in "the big leagues?" People like to assume I was let go due to steroids, despite getting smaller...leaner. [Pause.] No. I was let go due to a cost-cutting measure. Now I'm here...with them. Us. And if costs are going to be cut...we'll cut them!
Curt Hawkins: My early twenties and I was on top of the world. I was a Major Brother, an Edgehead. Part of something called "La Familia!" [Pause.] Family. That wasn't a family...that was a story. [Points back and forth to Masters and Reigns.] This...this is a family. The hounds of justice. Did many of you even know that I was injured? The PWA didn't--I wasn't even drafted last year. From the middle rounds...to nothing. Where was La Familia then? They told me I could team with Ryder again--my "Major Bro!" Since then? Nothing. Not anymore. Now, I'm here. Back in the middle rounds, and back in the center of this ring.
Roman Reigns: Know this--you're all on notice. We run this yard! We are here to right the wrongs--like these three men having the world handed to them in WCW, and wasting it all away for the rest of their careers. We are the hounds of justice!
We are...The Shield!
The Shield's music plays as Roman Reigns, Curt Hawkins and Chris Masters all make their way back up through the rafters.

Sexy Female Journalist: Fans, I'm outside of the OSR offices with some breaking news!
The office has been in lockdown since early this afternoon because Mr. Dashbee hasn't named an Authority Figure. Rumor has it that he actually forgot about the PWA Authority Figure requirement, since he doesn't think they're entirely necessary in wrestling.
Second round draft pick Nigel McGuinness has offered to take the role, as has Adam Pearce. While both men have experience putting matches and cards together, I'm being told that Dashbee sees it as a conflict of interest for either.
Now--wait. [Checks her phone.] I do have a text from Dashbee--it helps to be hot, he'll easily give you his number.
Alright, here's my text to him. "Are you going to name an authority figure?" Pretty simple. His response?
You are one of the few here who literally COULD just draft yourself for the spot....
Yeah, but I kinda sneak myself in anyways! I've got a plan for the spot. I legit don't think they're necessary in wrestling--more of a creative crutch. But I'm down, I've something I can work with!
An authority figure that you see on-screen every week and gets actively involved in storylines is more than just a crutch-- it's kinda like a lucky t-shirt. "It worked SO WELL with Vince and Stone-Cold-- let's KEEP DOING IT OVER AND OVER! Lightning's bound to strike again EVENTUALLY."

The crowd in Chicago groans as Dashbee shows up, Rock style--via satellite from San Diego, CA. He's broadcasting with the ocean at his back, bragging about this year's DeMarco Family Vacation. We join his comments as he gets to the good stuff. The entire arena is dark, except for the screen.
Dashbee: Now, on to the good stuff. I know there are some unanswered questions out there, and I think you'll be happy with the announcements I have. I'll start off with something very important to me--the World Tag Team Championship. I am a huge fan of tag team wrestling, and have no less than 10 teams in contention for the titles. At From The Ashes, you'll see five qualifying matches, and all five winners will advance to an Ultimate Endurance Match at our second pay-per-view event. As you'll recall, I already announced the first match: the newly formed team of Arn Anderson & Cody Rhodes vs. The New Age Outlaws. Arn & Cody have informed our offices that J.J. Dillon will serve as their manager for the match.
At the end of this press conference, you'll receive a full match list for From The Ashes, including the five qualifying matches. However, I will announce here that the issue between The Shield and The Natural Born Thrillers caused both teams to issue challenges against the other. After hearing all of their requests, I have decided that The Shield will face The Natural Born Thrillers in a six-man tag team match, with the winning team sending two members to Ultimate Endurance. That team will be at an advantage, as they won't have to reveal which members will be in the match until the match itself starts!
I have two more big--no, huge!--announcements to make here. I know you'll enjoy one of them, but the other will be met with some controversy. Wrestling is a business, and we're in the business of making money. We held some recent focus groups, and in 2013 wrestling fans just aren't interested in a Pure Wrestling Championship. However, the match they most wanted to see us put on was the Submit, Surrender or Last Man Standing Match that debuted on our first ever card--where Bryan Danielson emerged victorious over Tito Ortiz. Based on these focus groups, the Nigel McGuinness vs. Masahiro Chono match will now be for the Revolution Championship. It will be held under Submit, Surrender or Last Man Standing rules. The only way to win is to make your opponent verbally submit or tapout, make him surrender the match to you, or make him unable to answer the referee's ten count. A pinfall is not enough--should a pinfall occur, there will be a 10 second rest period, and a ten count will begin. If either man is unable to answer that ten-count, his opponent will be declared the winner! And as promised, the winner will still defend his championship on our second pay-per-view...in the main event!
I know you remember that I announced a match between Val Venis and the crowned jewel of The Embassy, Hiroshi Tanahashi. That match is now a #1 Contender Match for the Revolution Championship, and the winner will challenge for that title, in the main event of our second pay-per-view!
Finally, I have to address our authority figure. By rule, every PWA promotion must have one. Since I did not in fact draft myself, I cannot officially hold the role. Several wrestlers on our roster actually have experience in the role, including Adam Pearce (former ROH booker), Nigel McGuinness (ROH matchmaker) and Val Venis (Commissioner Morley). However, to give the role to one of them seemed to create a conflict of interest. Same goes for J.J. Dillon. But through my thought process I realized that anyone holding the job would be a conflict of interest, so I've decided to give EVERYONE that chance.
The lights come up, and the entire roster, including managers and announcers, are in the ring, with the Commissioner's Contract hanging above! The only people missing are the three members of The Shield, apparently choosing to not participate.
Under that ring I've positioned four ladders. That's all you get--an all-roster ladder match, and the winner gets the power--they get to be the OSR Commissioner!
Now...ring the damn bell.
All Roster Ladder Match for the Job of OSR Commissioner
The action is too fast and furious to call. And it really can't be called, since commentary team members Tony Schiavone and Abraham Washington are also in the ring! It's about as crazy as you'd expect a 42-person ladder match would be. At one point, every wrestlers spilled to the outside, except for Adam Pearce, Nigel McGuinness and Val Venis. Pearce oddly protected Nigel, falling off of the ladder and taking Venis down with him. Nigel seemed to have the job in hand, when From The Ashes opponent Masahiro Chono dumped him from the ladder.
Once Nigel was dumped, Prince Nana snuck in from the outside, set up a tipped ladder and made his way up. Tanahashi prevented La Parka from knocking Nana off of the ladder. Nana had a hand on the job description when he was stopped dead in his tracks by something he hears through the speakers.
Speakers: Sierra. Hotel. India. Echo. Lima. Delta. Shield.
Roman Reigns, Curt Hawkins and Chris Masters make their way to down through the crowd, as more wrestlers enter the ring and the battle continues. Prince Nana remains on top of the ladder, watching down in fear that he might be knocked off. Tanahashi does all he can to protect Nana, which works until The Shield enters the ring. The Shield nearly clears the ring, tossing people left and right, including Nana's charge Tanahashi. Nana is trying to kick at Curt Hawkins to keep him from pulling him off, which leads to Chris Masters climbing the other side of the ladder and suplexing Nana off!
Half of the roster re-enters the ring, and amidst all of the chaos Roman Reigns ascends the ladder in the center of the ring. He's almost knocked off by members of the Natural Born Thrillers more than once. Their efforts were not enough, as Reigns finally grabs the contract, and is the new Commissioner of the Old School Revolution!
Most of the talent leaves (or is left lying), and Reigns has a mic, still on top of the ladder.
Roman Reigns: We told you this was our yard, and now we've made it official. I don't take this job description lightly, but I also don't plan to abuse it. We're the Shield from injustice, and our sword just got sharper!
As fans and media leave the building, OSR staff hands out the official 11-match card for From The Ashes...

Backstage in the Allstate Arena…
Adam Pearce: Where is he at? Where is he at!
Cody Rhodes: He said he was headed back here, I expect him any minute now.
Adam Pearce: JJ, have you talked to him at all?
J.J. Dillon: I have Adam, but he ain’t hearing it. Now that we’re past the trade deadline, he knows Dashbee can’t get rid of him. He also knows that Dashbee won’t punish the guy he spent a third round draft pick on!
Adam Pearce: Goddammit James! Has he always been this stubborn?
Cody Rhodes: As long as I’ve ever known him.
J.J. Dillon: Adam, Arn is a very stubborn person, and sometimes he gets tunnel vision. That’s why he was the perfect guy to protect Ric for all of those years. No one—no one—was going to stop him.
Adam Pearce: Well when he finally gets his ass in here—
Arn Anderson: [Interrupting Pearce.] What? When he finally gets his ass in here…what?
Adam Pearce: Arn, listen to me. Did you see what happened out there? The damn Shield now holds the commissioner title! If The Horsemen were a united front in OSR, we could guarantee that the commissioner would be in the family.
Arn Anderson: What Horsemen, Adam?!?! The group is dead, and I’m not starting it back up. We all did everything we could do get that job, and The Shield has it now.
Adam Pearce: When are you gonna get it through your thick skull that some things in wrestling never change. There’s always been strength in numbers Arn, and there always will be! The Shield...The Natural Born Thrillers...you know Nana is planning something! We can rebuild The Horsemen, find a world champion to protect and run this company just like you and J.J. did in the golden days.
Arn Anderson: Adam, I’ve said it before, I have a tremendous amount of respect for you. But this has got to stop, because you’re wasting your time. Now if you’ll excuse me—
Adam Pearce: [Interrupting Arn, getting right in his face and speaking quietly.] Arn, I need you to understand one thing before you leave this room. I am forming The Four Horsemen with or without you. I’ve accepted “No” one too many times in this business, and I’m not accepting it now. Me, J.J. and Cody will do this without you if we have to.
Cody Rhodes: That’s where you’re wrong, Adam. I’m sticking with him. [Motions to Arn.] Let’s go.
Cody Rhodes and Arn Anderson go to leave, stopping at the door.
J.J. Dillon: Wait.
Adam Pearce: James…please. Talk some sense into these guys. You’ve seen it all, you’ve done it all, you know what I am saying it right.
J.J. Dillon: You can’t force it Adam…you just can’t force it. These guys have a match to get ready for, as do you.
J.J. Dillon, Arn Anderson and Cody Rhodes leave, with JJ stopping to glare back at Adam Pearce before closing the door. Pearce sits down in his folding chair, putting his face in his hands.
Adam Pearce: This stupid TLC match…that’s not what I do, and Dashbee’s interviewed me countless times…he knows that. I’ve got to talk to someone, I’ve got to make something happen.
Pearce opens up his cell phone, types a few keystrokes, and presses send. There’s a pause, and we can assume it’s while the phone is ringing. Adam finally speaks again.
Adam Pearce: [Into the phone.] Yeah, it’s me. [Pause.] We need to talk. [Pause.] Well, it’s... [Pause.] I know. Let’s just talk, okay? [Pause.] Yes, that works. [Pause.] Yeah, you too. Thanks Nigel.

During the preshow for From The Ashes, Dashbee addressed the in-arena and home viewing audience about the evening’s most ambitious contest—a seven man Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match for the Insane Openweight Championship.
Dashbee: Tonight we won’t just crown an undisputed World Heavyweight Champion, nor will it just be the Revolution Champion. We will also crown a first in the world of professional wrestling—the Insane Openweight Championship.
What is it? Hell, not even I fully know what it’ll become. In a word, it’s insane. We’ll put the most over-the-top wrestlers in one ring, with some bat-shit crazy stipulation that I’d never do myself. And they’ll entertain! That’s what this is all about, right?
Take a look at who is in the first match, a TLC Match for the vacant Insane Openweight Championship.
La Parka – The former “Chairman of WCW” has dazzled crowds all over the world, with his unlimited charisma and a look that no one can forget. He’s an asset to any roster, especially mine.
Christian York – Recently cut from the TNA active roster, Nashville’s loss is the OSR’s gain. York is amazingly talented and has that all-important “it factor” in spades.
Volador Jr – Well known in Mexico, Volador has impressed every fan who has ever seen one of his matches. He gained his biggest fame thanks to his role in TNA’s World X Cup, and looks to cash in on that fame as part of the OSR roster.
Shingo – Once sporting a memorable mullet, Shingo combines speed and strength in a manner that brings fans to their feet every time he steps in a ring.
The Almighty Sheik – Like many before him, The Almighty Sheik strikes fear into the hearts of any man standing across the ring from him. No weapon is too sharp—or to dull—for this Sheik, and he intends to leverage the IOC and start a reign of terror over the OSR lockerroom.
AR Fox – Fox is one of the hottest up and coming stars, putting his body on the line on a daily basis for the entertainment of his viewing audience. Turns out that isn’t limited to wrestling, either. You see, proving that Fox will do anything to get ahead, he once starred in gay porn!
Adam Pearce – One of the most greatest champions in the storied history of the National Wrestling Alliance, Pearce seems like the odd-man out in this bunch. But he’s double tough and willing to fight, cheat, scratch and claw his way to any victory in the squared circle.
The Insane Openweight Championship—there are no weight limits, no time limits, no rules or regulations—just hard hitting, high flying and barbaric wrestling action from bell to bell. There’s no telling what will happen with the IOC is on the line!

Old School Revolution presents From The Ashes Allstate Arena, Chicago, Illinois
Announcers: Tony Schiavone & Abraham Washington Authority Figure: OSR Commissioner Roman Reigns
OSR World Tag Team Championship Ultimate Endurance Qualifying Match The Osirian Portal (Amasis & Ophidian) vs. The Thrillseekers (Johnny Jeter & Matt Cappotelli)
High energy opener that saw The Orisian Portal capture the win against The Thrillseekers and advance to Card #2’s Ultimate Endurance.
Winners: The Osirian Portal
Grudge Match Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) vs. The Iron Sheik
With the bad blood between both men, it’s no wonder they ended up against each other. The Iron Sheik withstood a ton of punishment from Bennett, and ended up with a camel clutch locked in and seemed primed for victory. That wasn’t meant to be, when Maria hit the ring apron, and Adam Pearce of all people attached Sheik from behind! The referee got away from Maria to see Pearce’s actions, calling for the bell and awarding the match to Sheik on a disqualification. But he couldn’t stop the post match attack, which saw Sheik eat a spike piledriver and saw Bennett and Maria leave with Pearce.
Winners: The Iron Sheik via disqualification
OSR World Tag Team Championship Ultimate Endurance Qualifying Match The Samoan Swat Team (Samu & Tama Tonga) vs. The Monster Mafia (Ethan Page & Josh Alexander)
Great back and forth match that showcased how important those tag team titles really are. Page and Alexander won some fans during this one, but couldn’t win the match, fauling to a series of Superkicks.
Winners: The Samoan Swat Team
#1 Contender Match for a shot at the OSR Revolution Championship Winner Challenges for the Revolution Championship in the Main Event of Card #2 Hiroshi Tanahashi (w/Prince Nana) vs. Val Venis
After an insanely good match, it’s a knee strike that puts Venis down and secured a main event payday for Tanahashi on the second PPV event. Prince Nana ran some minor interference, but did not factor into the finish.
Winner: Hiroshi Tanahashi
OSR World Tag Team Championship Ultimate Endurance Qualifying Match Primo & Epico vs. Speed Muscle (Naruki Doi & Masato Yoshino)
Did you blink? If so, you missed this match—not for the length but the amazingly fast paced action—and you missed Naruki Doi connecting with the Doi Fives on Primo to score the win for his team in an excellent contest.
Winners: Speed Muscle
Tables Ladders & Chairs Match for the vacant OSR Insane Openweight Championship La Parka vs. Christian York vs. Volador Jr vs. Shingo vs. The Almighty Sheik vs. AR Fox vs. Adam Pearce
Non-stop action, table breaking and violence from start to finish. Adam Pearce showed for the match, but after attacking The Almighty Sheik and causing him to be stretchered out, Pearce left with Mike Bennett & Maria Kanellis.
At the end of the match, the remaining competitors watched from the floor, as AR Fox climbs that letter and becomes the first ever Insane Openweight Champion!
Winner and NEW Insane Openweight Champion: AR Fox
Texas Death Match Terry Gordy vs. Sid Vicious
In a knockdown, drag out battle, Gordy and Vicious beat the crap out of each other. Eventually, Prince Nana hit ringside, interrupting the match, helping both men and with Hiroshi Tanahashi, convincing them to walk out on the match and joining The Embassy!
Winner: No Contest
OSR World Tag Team Championship Ultimate Endurance Qualifying Match Winning Team Will Select Two Men To Participate in Card #2’s Ultimate Endurance Match The Shield (Roman Reigns, Curt Hawkins & Chris Masters) vs. The Natural Born Thrillers (Sean O’Haire, Mark Jindrak & Shawn Stasiak)
Very typical Shield match with a very typical ending. The action as all over the ring, and Curt Hawkins followed a Roman Reigns splash on Shawn Stasiak with a moonsault for the win.
Winners: The Shield
After the match, Roman Reigns addressed the crowd:
Roman Reigns: As you know, this is my house now—our house—since I am the OSR Commissioner. My first ruling is now—come Ultimate Endurance, The “Freebird Rule” will be in effect. And since we’re the only trio left in the field, advantage Shield. Oh, and that rule, it’s per fall—including the four individual falls of Ultimate Endurance!
OSR World Tag Team Championship Ultimate Endurance Qualifying Match The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg & Billy Gunn) vs. Arn Anderson & Cody Rhodes (w/JJ Dillon)
In what was a very old school tag team match, Cody & Arn really seemed to gel together, very unlike a newer tag team. Cody played face-in-peril, eventually making the hot tag to Arn. Things soon broke down with all four men in the ring.
Cody Rhodes returned and nailed The Road Dogg with a Disaster Kick! Followed by another for Billy Gunn! Followed by a third Disaster Kick on…Arn Anderson?
Tony Schiavone: What in the hell was that?
Cody looked to the floor at a smiling JJ Dillon, and smiled back. Soon, Adam Pearce, Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis showed upon the stage. Cody landed a Cross Rhodes on Anderson as Pearce, Bennett and Maria reached the floor. Rhodes hit a second Cross Rhodes for good measure, then left with Pearce, Bennett, Maria & Dillon as Billy Gunn pinned Arn Anderson.
Winners: The New Age Outlaws
Vacant OSR Revolution Championship Revolution Rules - Submit, Surrender or Last Man Standing, Winner Defends the Championship in the Main Event of Card #2 Nigel McGuinness (w/Chelsea) vs. Masahiro Chono
Nigel was accompanied by Chelsea, Chono came alone. Both men put on a classic, with neither able to score the win. The match hit brutal levels, with Nigel nailing the Tower of London from the apron to the floor and Chono throwing Nigel over the top rope with a release belly-to-belly suplex, causing Nigel to go through a table on the floor.
In the ring, Nigel went for a Jawbreaker Lariat, but Chono ducked and the referee felt the brunt of the move. All three men were down when Adam Pearce, Cody Rhodes, Mike Bennett, Maria Kanellis and J.J. Dillon hit the ring. They unloaded an unrelenting assault on Chono as Maria and Chelsea worked to revive the referee. At the end of the attack, Nigel locked in the London Calling as the referee was back in action in time to hear Chono’s submission and call the match.
Winner and NEW Revolution Champion: Nigel McGuinness
Nigel, belt in hand, stood on the stage with Adam Pearce, Cody Rhodes and Mike Bennett. All four men raised their arms in victory as JJ Dillon, Chelsea and Maria Kanellis applauded in support. JJ then threw up four fingers, and all four men followed suit—thus, The Four Horsemen were reborn!
Main Event - Undisputed OSR World Heavyweight Championship 1-Fall, No Time Limit, No Countout, No Disqualification, There Must Be A Winner Daniel Bryan Danielson (champion?) vs. Batista (champion?)
It’s customary in wrestling, after a new group forms on a card, that the main event be held with the stipulation that anyone interfering in the match will be fined, suspended or fired. This was no different, as Dashbee made that announcement before the main event.
A brutal, 5-star encounter followed, with Batista taking advantage of his size and Bryan using speed to his advantage. After over thirty minutes of back-and-forth action, Daniel Bryan locked in the LeBell Lock, his third attempt of the match. Batista rolled him up for one of the closest two counts you’ve ever seen. Not because Daniel Bryan didn’t kickout, but because he was transitioning from the Lebell Lock to a Crossface Chicken Wing. Batista wasn’t able to escape the hold, and eventually passed out from the pain. The referee called for the bell, and Daniel Bryan is your undisputed World Heavyweight Champion!
Winner and NEW Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion: Daniel Bryan
During the PPV post show, it was confirmed that the events of the night did generate some early matches for the second PPV, “Survival Mode.”
Old School Revolution presents Survival Mode Main Event – OSR Revolution Championship Submit, Surrender or Last Man Standing Nigel McGuinness (w/Chelsea & J.J. Dillon) vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi (w/Prince Nana)
Ultimate Endurance for the OSR World Tag Team Championship 4 Falls: Lucha Libre/Dragon Gate Rules, Submission Only, Texas Tornado, Championship Match The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg & Billy Gunn) vs. Speed Muscle (Masato Yoshino & Naruki Doi) vs. The Samoan Swat Team (Samu & Tama Tonga) vs. The Orisian Portal (Amasis & Ophidian) vs. The Shield (two of Roman Reigns, Curt Hawkins & Chris Masters)
The final four shots of the PPV post show first featured Daniel Bryan celebrating his World Heavyweight Championship in his lockerroom, with both belts.
We then see Prince Nana, eating shrimp cocktail with Hiroshi Tanahashi, Sid Vicious and Terry Gordy, The Embassy!
The shot then jumps to the new Four Horsemen in a lockerroom, as Adam Pearce, Mike Bennett & Cody Rhodes pour champagne all over Nigel McGuinness with Maria Kanellis, Chelsea and J.J. Dillon watching on in approval.
The final frame has The Shield watching on a monitor. OSR Commissioner Roman Reigns sees The New Four Horsemen celebrating, as he rubs his chin and shakes his head—not fully approving of what he sees.
