I may actually vote for Bullseye, here.

Oh wait, I just remembered we're basing this on ALL forms of the character. While I typically don't see what's so great about Luthor in most realms, Michael Rosenbaum's portrayal on Smallville has kicked a thousand kinds of ass.

Luthor. This one isn't even close for me.

This is hard. Bullseye is one of the best small-time villains ever created. Very straight forward. Merciless, determined, ferocious. And he doesn't need ridiculous powers to be a badass. Just has crazy aim. Even stupid Colin Ferrell in the stupid Daredevil movie made a cool-ass Bullseye. And he killed both of Daredevil's loves (yeah, Elektra came back, but he did kill her). Just because.

But Luthor is Luthor. The guy was the president of the United States. And not only is Smallville's Luthor cool, so is the animated Luthor, especially in the JLU series. That Luthor kicked all kinds of ass.

I'm going to have to think about this one.

I figured I needed to say something about the respective awesomeness of Luthor and Bullseye while I had a chance, but sal said it perfectly. I love each of them in their own way. Somebody convince me!

this was an easy yet conflicted decision for me. i love bullseye way more than i love luthor, but luthor's the king of the DC villians. he's gotta take it.

By vote of 62% to 38%, Luthor wins in one that was much closer than it probably should have been. As with another just-closed poll, the results were close and fewer folks voted than should/could have. A gentle reminder...pay attention to deadlines, especially in close polls where your votes could really influence the outcome.
