Samurai Jack is a kids show. A good 'un. R&S is for older kids and Aeon Flux is for college stoners.

All I'm going to say is that Ren and Stimpy came out when I was nine, and I loved it. It was packaged with Doug and Rugrats. Plus, if you're going to allow live-action shows that take place in high school, then there's no way Ren and Stimpy should be off the list, You Eeeeeediot!

R&S - which one? the original was certainly a kids show. The more recent attempts seemed a whole lot more adult oriented

I'm going to put Ren and Stimpy down as legit, because there were at least two incarnations, and we can just discuss the kids' version.

I'm surprised so many people would consider Samurai Jack not a kids' cartoon, by the way.

Aeon falls out of the category easily, in my opinion.

SJ was, yeah. Ren and Stimpy definitely was. There was adult themes obviouslly but most of them were hidden enough to keep from the kids. It was the sort of thing you and your kid enjoy for some different reasons.

I barely saw Aeon Flux but it never struck me as a kid's show. Didn't it air at like 10PM on MTV? Didn't it air with Maxx?
