I would say yes, he didn't just trade the player, he traded the spot that player was assigned as well. It would be the same if I suddenly decided that Luck was up for trade (he's not), I wouldn't then get another chance to pick before everyone. That's just my take on it tho.

I think you're all saying the same thing. Dev essentially traded the pick in which he's already used to pick Michael Floyd. If Michael Floyd were not already picked, it would be "Hodgey gets Dev's 2014 1st and 11th round picks."

And dammit, Dev, can you make our lives any more difficult? I swear, for one year I'm going to make you commissioner and then make every stupid ass trade I can imagine, so you have to write something like "Alan, via Thai, via Solly's fantasy baseball team, via Brad, via Doug, via Lucky, via a slice of white bread, via Alan." And then I'll pick Aaron Hernandez and Keeper him until he's dead.
