This thread is open at approximately 9 am, Saturday May 23; Day Two closes at midnight that same evening.

Overnight we will process roster changes, and Day Two begins at approximately 9 am, Saturday.

You can have up to 45. There were only 41 draft rounds, but more spaces for add/drop.

You do not. According to the rules, 45 is the max and there is no minimum.
