Tough, I like both. I think on balance, Count Rugen is just a solid character who happens to be in a comedy, while Krieger produces solid laughs that are based on the nature of his character. Doubt either gets out of the Round of 128 though.

Rugen has some great lines, though.

Both are third tier characters of their respective properties, but I'm going Rugen just on him being more well-rounded and interesting.
