I remember more of Inspector Gadget because I watched that show at an older age. But I remember loving He-man, watching the shows and playing with the action figures very well even if I can't remember the show itself that well. I voted He-man.

Hot Chick rules do not come into play unless I am apathetic towards both programs or dislike both with no motivator to vote one way or another. It just so happens that there's only been 2 or 3 Live Action shows that I've given a shit about. I have yet to apply it to cartoons and I am disturbed at the prospect of that.

That being said, Teela would win without a 2nd thought. I mean, there'd be a 2nd thought about what I was saying about myself judging the hotness of a cartoon character. But its Teela. She wins.

Instead I'll just vote He-Man because I loved it and I never really cared about Gadget.
