Without looking, Imma guess that's another new high.
Fair guess, and correct - but not by a ton! Rhett Titus jumps 50 points, from #199 in MiniOODraft 13 to #149 here.
Other new highs:Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa both reach highs; Tama jumps from #189 in Pun's 2019 to #117, and Tanga jumps from #193 in WarGames to #140. Dash Wilder / Cash Wheeler also tightens the gap between his partner's all time high and his own, going from #151 in Pun's 2018 to #120 here.
New Lows: We finally have one - and in fact, two. Jeff Hardy was the one I was tracking, and fell from #110 in WarGames to #127 here. And because I refused to take him to find out where he falls without me, Shelton Benjamin fell from #124 in Pun's 2020 to #132 here. Excluding WarGames, John Morrison and Christopher Daniels would also have hit all time lows. Not really tracking folks who were ever not drafted for lows, but I noted Ronda Rousey hit her low since actually wrestling for the first time, dropping from #101 in WarGames to #145 here. (Combining the prior caveats, Sheamus hit his excluding-WarGames post-WWE debut low, but that's a lot of caveats.)
Guaranteed lows: None as of now, but we have four folks with floors in the 180s and two in the 190s.
Trivia: I mentioned before that only two have never fallen into the 20s: Michaels and Austin. I'll add that four wrestlers have never fallen into the 30s: Flair, Angle, Rock, Savage. Three asterisks on that. First, Rock was once picked in the pre-draft non-wrestler round, so that puts him as N/A for that year. Second, as mentioned, but for Wargames, Angle is always above 20. Three, Edge just fell off the cusp - went at #30 in Pun's 2019.
