My favorite clock style and the one I run with whenever I head a draft is the 8-hour clock with overnight (midnight-8am) stop and the first picker of the day has until noon or until their 8 hours expires (whichever happens first). I don't remember whose idea that was originally, but props to that person. Of these two choices, I like the standard 8-hour clock.

I think the "noon rule" was mine, but I might be wrong. Either way, that's the overwhelming majority and the way we will go!
