Because Dev and Solly made fantasy league bickering cool before Joc Pederson and Tommy Pham, I will be a better commissioner than Mike Trout and create the following vote for 2023.

1) Keep Minor League Keepers process as is. (Players picked in main draft and kept on major league roster can be “drafted” to minor league roster during minor league draft, if eligible. Players picked up for the main roster AFTER the main draft must clear waivers before being minor league draft-eligible.)
2) Between the end of the main draft and May 1, forbid the pickup (free agent or waivers) of non-major league players.
3) Between April 15 and May 1, forbid the pickup (free agent or waivers) of non-major league players.
4) Change the Minor League Draft date to one day after the start of the major league season.

If none of the options receives six votes, then the top two choices will be offered in a winner-take-all vote.

Prefer 2 over 3, but definitely, DEFINITELY not 4.

I prefer 2 as well, but 4 was just an option to close the loophole that currently exists.
