Doom's Robot Army might be good against a lot of other teams, but a bunch of evil demons I think turns the bot army to scrap pretty quickly.

Maybe, but I think there'd be a real power struggle on the Demon team as they have no clear leader. Doom's army is controlled by Doom both because he's a genius and has mystical powers. Also, they can all basically never die as Doom can just create a new version.
