Does Rip have the Waverider? Does The Doctor have The TARDIS? Does Marty have the DeLorean? Because I think they can counter a dragon.

What are they going to do with the time machines though? If they decided to use time travel to their advantage I think they could stand a chance but I also think that ethically they likely wouldn't be willing to go there.

That's a good point, Cole. I don't think any of those guys would go back and kill the dragon as a baby or anyone else on the team.

I don't think they would even do something less drastic like keep Dany from being sold to Khal Drogo to keep her from moving down the path towards having the dragons. I think they would be concerned about changing the timelines or creating unforeseen paradoxes even if they aren't murdering the opponents.

First of all, the TARDIS and Waverider have offensive weapons.

And Leaving aside the “go back in time and kill baby hitler” arguments, I could see using time travel to blink in and out of time and space during a fight. Not unlike Nightcrawler in the opening of X-Men 2.
