Deadpool and the normal humans are more interesting than everyone on the Time Lord team. I like The Doctor a lot, but those are not good companions for him.

I don't see the team as the Doctor and companions. That feels like a league of time travelers in an Avengers movie mold where they unite together when there is some major threat to the space and time continuum. So, as a series of blockbuster time travel flicks, I'm there.
