Discussed between me, Dash and Hodgey on Titan.

He's going to get one more round to check in and catch up on his picks. If he hasn't checked in by his fifth round pick, then if he does show up he'll just pick up from wherever we're at and can fill out his remaining roster spots in add/drop. We felt it was unfair for him to possibly show up and get a bunch of picks in a row, but still wanted to leave the door open for him.

If he doesn't show up. The showdown rounds will be three divisions of five teams with the final four being the three division winners and a wild card.
