Ok, so I'm, reading through WWHulk 4, and I'm realizing I have no idea who the Sentry is, so maybe I should look it up.

So, after searching the web for a while, I figure out his powers, how he came about them, but I don't get the whole Void thing.

Ok, so is he both the Void and Sentry? And if so, then why do I keep reading that they fought each other? Did he split in two or something?

All I know is that he's Marvel's (latest) answer to Superman. I started reading the wiki and . . . yeah. I don't wanna know.

the void is the sentry. but it's not a split when they fight. the sentry's fear of his own power becomes a physical manifistation as the void. i would suggest reading new avengers volume 2.
