Ohhhh a tough one. Anchorman is probably the funniest movies I've seen in years but I absolutely LOVE Major League. A perfect baseball movie that can be summarized in one line: Fuck you Jobu, I do it myself.

This should be closer than it will be but I don't see Burgundy losing.

I'm one of the people who just flat out didn't like Anchorman. I'm a big Ferrell fan but that movie fell flat with me. Give me Major League all the way.

I understand where the detractors are coming from when it comes to Anchorman. I remember when Christina Applegate pops up thinking "oh no, the last thing this movie needs is a moral." But it never goes down that road, instead relentlessly piling on the stupidity. Never mind Will Ferrell, I'd vote for Anchorman based solely on the utter, over-the-top smarminess of the smarmy co-worker, and the semi-retarded co-worker freaking out about bears.

In short: "WHY ARE WE YELLING?!!"

Major League is the only sports movie I will watch again and again. I made my wife watch it as part of our movie-exchange program and she loved it.

Jobu is teh awsum.

Fun fact: When the Injuns had to play the make up games in Milwaukee this year a number of the residents came to the game with a Major League theme. Complete with Jobu dolls. They even blasted "Wild Thing" for one of the Tribe's releiver when he came on in the seventh.
