i freakin' hate CSIs. Crappy dialogue. And i cannot suspend my disbelief enough to allow for the LAB TECH to be doing interrogations, making arrests, etc. that's not what you do. you go to the scene, you collect your little samples, you go back to your crappy lab that never has enough of what you need, you analyze and 2 weeks later (as opposed to 10 minutes) you write your report of results and give it to the detective who then gets to do the cop stuff.
