Chappelle Show was awesome for two seasons. And I think anything with a tagline of: "A most delicious comedy from the creator of Sex in the City" is set up for failure in my eyes.

Chappelle had three season but Kitchen Confidential barely had three episodes. I was actually a fan of the show but you can't compare the handful of episodes to the body of work Chappelle put out. Although if I never hear "I'm Rick James, bitch" again I'll die a happy man.

I knew this was a lost cause. I do like Chappelle, but it may be the most over-quoted show ever. And all I'll leave you with is this, because he went insane, Comedy Central is now up to like the 4th season of hell in The Mind of Mencia...just remember that. Chappelle's Show -> Mind of Mencia.

Hey, noone bought that argument when I said Scream - > Dawson's Creek and David Arquette.

I don't hold Season 3 against the show because it was clearly just Comedy Central trying to get something with what they had after Dave flipped out and split. I don't hold poor knockoffs against the show because every great and popular thing will get that. And I don't hold it against the show that the quotes were driven into the ground by stupid people. Because people are fucking stupid and annoying.

What the fuck is Kitchen Confidential? I just presumed it was some weird reality show Tex nominated like with the cable showdown.

I wish I didn't love Chappelle Show or have no idea what its opponent is, just so I could vote against the creators of Sex in the City on pure principle.

I feel that way about Airplane, Chappelle, Simpsons... everything. The quality of the original doesn't make it any better. I hate people who can't be funny on their own.
