Is Burn Notice that good? It's in its first season and made this tournament. My wife actually wanted to watch this series. We DVRed episode one but I forgot to get 2 & 3. We never watched the first episode since we didn't want to get hooked and go through the trouble of fidning the missing episodes.

Its very good but it made this tournament because the Cable Drama genre is really pretty shallow and overrated and most shows in it only had a few seasons. Eventually we're going to get over the language and sex of the cable stuff and we'll realize that Nip/Tuck is as senseless and crappy as anything Network television ever did. If Burn Notice was on NBC (which it easily could be) it would just be a really good new show.


EDIT: That being said it IS a really good show. Do track it down and watch it. Lots of fun with just enough drama to keep you involved more than the typical USA drama. That's my problem with USA in general. They can make amusing shows but they seem to have no interest in making anything other than candy. Just shows that you can pick up on in Episode 12 and not miss a beat. Which is fine and all but its nice that Burn Notice actually has story and drama.

And Teen Titans is a mediocre cartoon that it took me years to even accept as ok.

Allow me to set up this clip, it's the second half of the season finale of season four (the "Raven Season.") Raven is the daughter of the Devil. They call him "Trigon" on the show, but, yeah, basically he's the Devil. She's known from birth that there is a prophecy that her dad is going to bring hell to earth through her. But she decided to be one of the good guys anyway. Sure she has some angst and anger and daddy issues, but no worse than the average angsty teen. You know who Robin is. The other three Titans aren't specifically important in this episode. They're the jock, the princess, and the class clown. One other character you need to know about is Slade. He's the guy in the gold and black mask. Slade is Batman, except he's a bad guy. But he has an uneasy alliance with the good guys in this clip, because Trigon saved him from lava, and promised to heal him if he did a job for him, then reneged. For some reason his payment (a healing spell, I guess?) is behind a big door being guarded by a big guy with a big axe. At this point the prophecy has come true, and Trigon has turned everyone on earth to stone, and set the whole place on fire. (Or covered it with lava? Not sure.) With the last of her mystic power, Raven was able to protect her friends from being turned to stone, but she has reverted to a small child and has apparently lost her powers.
