I'm pretty sure I know why I get annoyed at these showdowns. Stu and serge have way too much time to pimp absolute garbage and find videos and it makes it seem like the shows/movies have a much bigger appeal than they actually do. Why don't you guys post the absolute shit points of Justice League just so people don't assume its 100% goodness.

And no, a cartoon could never be as dramatic as live-action. It's a fucking cartoon for christ sakes. There is no emotional investment in something animated. Could a cartoon be good? Sure it could, it just wouldn't be as good if live actors were doing it. Give a good cast the same script, plot, surroundings and make it believable and I'll take a live-action show over a cartoon every day.

And I never watched Oz...it's a better drama than Justice League. Hell, I'd take the "Justice" episode of Smallville before ever voting for a cartoon.

A live action Toy Story where the characters are played by real actors would look shit.
A live action Incredibles would need a lot of CGI animation anyway, and the characters wouldn't have the same stylistic look that's half the charm of the film in the first place. And the costumes would just all look ridiculous in live action.

Farnkly, we've got plenty of shows in this showdown which are really more action/adventure than drama, we've got cheesy horror with the Tales From the Crypt, we've got reality shows...so I don't see why a cartoon should be a problem.

Seriously, there there were none. It wasn't 100% greatness (more like 95%), but I don't remember a single time in its 5 seasons where I said "this is absolute shit!"
