I promise I will post something soon, somehow we are almost 6 weeks into the season and nothing has managed to annoy me too much (well other than the Yankees being on ESPN 27 times already and Ryan Howard swinging at everything that moves) I can feel one coming on soon though!

This is as good a thread to do this as any. There are a bunch of spots open for a new section of Screaming Sports (as yet unnamed) which is just going to be observation/opinion pieces. Minimum would be one 700-word piece a week, but you could certainly write (lots) more. The more stuff from across the country (or even out of the country) the better; my goal is to get a cross-section of stuff so I don't have to beat the Celtics drum every week
