Nope, was way too drunk to even realize it was happening until halfway through the song.

So, the tattoo story is this...in my martial arts system, there was a tradition to get the tattoo for Karate on your right forearm when you made your blackbelt. Well, when I made black belt, I had planned on working in the corporate world and didn't want to have to wear long sleeves everyday, so I got the tattoo on my back. After a few years, I realized the corporate career wasn't happening, and I was tired of hanging out with my friends who all had the tattoo on their arm and me explaining why I didn't. So then I got it on my arm, and the plan at some point is to finish the tattoo on my back with some more chinese characters and maybe a tribal design around it.

There's also a yin/yang design that one of the guys made that I'd really like to get on my chest. It's a dragon and unicorn combination with an eagle in the background as if the yin yang was actually in the wings of the eagle. I've also considered getting the Devils symbol on my calf.

Did you ever get more tattoos? Also, what karate style / system are you a black belt in?

I ask because I recently changed from Muay Thai to a style of karate (kenpo) as I wasn't really feeling like the training I was getting was organized. I'd be interested in hearing more about your karate experiences now please.

What did you think of the ER finale? How would you have written it?

It fucking SUCKED.

I just was expecting more of a retrospective type episode and possibly what truly made ER, ER. I understand that they couldn't make the entire 2 hours about the past, but they could have done more than the 15 minutes it got. I just wanted more of the old characters. I think they made a mockery of Clooney and Julianna's appearance by not having them interact with ANYONE they would have known. And then they made a point as to how everyone would be back for the final episode in some way, but I know that I didn't see Abby, Luka, Del Amico, Ross, Carol, Greene, and a whole bunch of others in the final episode so I think they falsely marketed the final episode.

And then, I thought it was a blatant cheap ploy for a backdoor pilot episode focused on Rachel Greene and Alexis Bledel's character and if Bledel had signed on to do a TV show, this wouldn't have been the final "ER." It would have been the first episode of whatever show they spun off into.

Personally, what I would have done is drawn out Carter's kidney issues another episode or two and made sure Ross/Hathaway KNEW that's where the kidney was going and they could have flown back in to see Carter. You work it so that everyone comes back for that and then John invites them back in a few weeks to open his clinic. And then right after the clinic opens, you have everyone take one last tour of the hospital when the industrial plant explodes and you can finish it the same way, but you finish it with both the old and the new ready to handle everyone that comes in.
