HEYWORTH -- A Heyworth man remained holed up in his home early today, more than seven hours after an apparent standoff with law enforcement agencies.
By 9:30 p.m. an unidentified law enforcement officer was speaking to Cletus Ridgeway, of 209 S. Buchanan St., using a bullhorn and urging him to plug in his telephone and make contact with authorities.
