Interview with a Vampire: Kevin Thorn lives

I just got home from Indianapolis, where I have been going once a month to attend Insanity Pro Wrestling (IPW). There was talk the month before about Danny Bashem working a show there (he's friends with one of IPW's sponsors) so I was hoping to shake his hand and get a new pic.
I'm barely in the door when one of the fans runs up to me and tells me that Kevin Thorne is in the crowd watching the show. A little surprised at the news, I walk over to the former "Follower of Vampirism" and introduced myself (yes, I was in full Heyman regalia) and we talked a bit about where he'd been in recent months - I hadn't seen him but once or twice recently, and mostly at house shows or in dark matches.
Apparently, Thorne is working on/through a hip injury and he might not even be able to come back to the ring. He's going through rehab in Indianapolis and is likely off the road for the moment.
He told me to pull up a chair and we discussed the IPW wrestlers through the first part of the show. He stayed through Danny Bashem's match, then headed for the back. I'm not sure if he stayed for the rest of the show; I know Danny was there up to the secondary main event. he appeared in a 20-man Battle royale for #1 contendership.
This was as good a highlight to my evening as being invited to their announce table for the third month in a row to call matches for IPW. I called a few matches for them last month (see their "Heat Stroke' DVD here, soon and tonight's show (which I didn't catch the name of).
