That battle in Braveheart floors me every time I see it. How Gibson filmed that is beyond me.

I love Apollo vs. Rocky just for the "Apollo can't believe it" look he gives near the end of the fight.

I'm going with LaRusso vs. Lawrence just because of the amount of awesomeness in that fight. You had the crane kick, sweep the leg, no mercy, "get him a bodybag...yeaaaaah" all with Conti's great score in the background.
