Anyway, I added a soft spending floor so that you can get up to $25mil of your unspent money back at the end of the draft.

Also, I was toying with the idea of making this a "keeper" league, but that seems kinda weird and I'm not exactly sure how it would work, but I have a few ideas.

I'd like to have at least 10 people in this thing, but if we get more, awesome. I'd like to try to get things rolling this weekend.

It ran from Feb. 2 to Mar. 2, but we also had 20 people in it, so it shouldn't take as long this time around.
