My parentsinlaw had a dick face neighbor that kept a rottwelier chained up out back on a short leash and used him as his own personal security system. They threw him a bone and some dog food at him (literally threw food at him) and sprayed him with the hose sometimes. When they moved in the middle of the night, the guy left the dog chained up and meaner than shit. My paw took the dog in and has given him a nice life ever since. This was before I showed up, or I would have given that guy a what for, but from what I understand, it wouldn't have done any good. He renamed him Morgus after some Chicago TV personality.

I don't know what I just voted. I think I voted for the dog.
