Monet is complicated and it would take a long time to try and explain who and what she is. But simply put she was an original member of Generation X and is currently a member of X-Factor. Probably one of the most powerful mutants in the world too. Telepathy, flight, super strength, healing factor, invulnerability...she's kinda got it all. And she's a bitch. So her and Green Arrow would be a fun back and forth I think.

Magik's a bitch too but in a different way. She's spent a lot of time in Limbo/Hell. So much in fact that she carved out her own area and became a ruler. She can teleport, she wields a sword made of her own soul. She also makes fun of Pixie...alot, she's fun.

The hilarious thing about Monet is that her mutant is basically best described as "perfection." She's essentially the perfect human. Thus she's got every basic super power you could ask for, genius intellect, and is an absolute 10. Its a hilarious mutation idea that leads to an amusingly arrogant character. Especially when she's introduced in a teen group where you can really play that up.

Magik is Collossus' kid sister. You probably should have mentioned that. Her shit's just way too complicated to explain.

I love Zatanna and Jesse Quick and this is a real shame you got the draw... but Street Justice works.
