So, in my attempt to meet all of you personally 
, I decided to go to make the short drive up to Charlotte and go to HeroCon to see Ziggy and Cory hawk their comics. Dev was there, too, but since he decided he didn't want to have his picture taken, he will have to remain an enigma to you all. Most of these pictures were taken with my phone, so the ones with a lot of light in the background tend to look like shit. Ziggy and Cory (and maybe even Dev) might post some of their pics, too.
Most of you have seen this picture in the caption this thread. Ziggy came to Asheville before the con and we met up at a restaurant called Barley's Taproom.
Got to the con on Saturday, and decided to have Ziggy draw me a sketch:
Totally worth the $10! Here's a close up. It's his take on the famous Pun's House slogan:
While at the con, I decided to check out the panel with 12 Gauge Comics and Mick Foley, talking about the new comic he is producing with them. He walked right past me and I shook his hand and told him I was a big fan of his. He thanked me and moved on. I didn't get a picture with him, but I did snap this as he was talking to someone else:
And I have even more respect for Foley now. Dude can barely walk, so I have no clue how he is still taking bumps.
Grabbed a bite to eat with Cory and Ziggy after the con was over Saturday night. Here's a picture of the happy couple!
And just because we all thought it was funny check out the name of our server:
At the end of the night, I also grabbed a pic of Cory and myself before I headed to my car. Go ahead. Make the short jokes.
